- 2 lb. shoulder steak, tenderized
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- dash of hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Mix flour with seasonings and use to dredge meat.

2Heat fat in skillet and brown meat on both sides.

3Cover steak with onions, green pepper and tomatoes.

4Add dash of hot pepper sauce.

5Roast in preheated oven at 300° for 2 hours or until tender.
