  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 small can creamed corn
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 4 hot peppers, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese until well blended.

    Bake at 475° for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven; top with remaining cheese.

    Return to oven until cheese melts.
