  • pie crust dough (we use whatever leftover dough is available when making pies)
  • cinnamon and sugar, mixed
  • butter

Directions

    Have children roll out pie crust dough on floured surface, then let them spread it with butter and sprinkle it with cinnamon-sugar mixture.

    Roll up dough and slice it, putting each piece on a cookie sheet.

    Bake about 5 minutes at 350° or until done, depending on how thick the kids sliced the dough.
