  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus spears, thawed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Combine rice, egg and cheese; mix well.

    Firmly press into bottom and sides of a greased 9-inch pan.
