Directions

Mix cake mix as directed an box. Pour 1/2

of the mixture in 9 X 13 greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Melt caramels with margarine. Pour over baked cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Dab the rest of the cake batter on top and bake at 350° for 20 minutes and 10 more minutes at 250°.
