- FOR CUPCAKES
- 2 sticks Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1-1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 2-1/4 cups Flour
- 3/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 3/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 3/4 teaspoons Cream Of Tartar

- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs and sour cream together.

3In separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cream of tartar.

4Combine all the above ingredients.

5Using a scoop, i.e. large cookie scoop, ice cream scoop, etc... Scoop out a portion of cupcake mixture. Drop mixture into a bowl of the 1 Cup Sugar + 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon. Roll dough ball around in mixture until well coated.

6Drop dough ball into Greased Muffin Tins.

7Bake 20 minutes.

8Mmm, mmm, good. They look, smell and taste just like a Snickerdoodle Cookie! Would be good with a dollop of Buttercream Frosting on top too.
