Ingredients: 1/2 c. softened oleo; 1/2 c. shortening; 1 1/2 c. sugar; 2 eggs; 2 3/4 c. flour; 2 tsp. cream of tartar; 1 tsp. soda; 1/4 tsp. salt; 2 Tbsp. sugar; 2 Tbsp. cinnamon

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon

Directions

Cream oleo, shortening and sugar.

Add eggs to creamed mixture and stir.

Add flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt to mixture. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.

Shape dough into round balls.

Roll balls into sugar-cinnamon mixture.

Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
