  • 23 cup butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 13 cups flour
  • 12 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 34 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Cream together the sugar, salt, and the butter.

    Beat in the eggs one at a time.

    Continue beating until the mixture is light and fluffy, at least four minutes.

    Add the flour, cream of tartar, and baking soda and mix until combined.
