  • 1 can sweetened condensed Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 pkg. caramels
  • 1 stick butter
  • 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Mix cake per directions.

    Pour 1/2 of batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Melt butter, caramels and milk.

    Pour over warm cake.

    Add remaining batter and top with chips and nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes longer.
