- 5 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 small onion, chopped fine

1Fry bacon until crisp; drain.

3After onion has been sauteed, pour over beans and simmer for 20 minutes.

4Crumble in bacon.
