Snowball Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 pkg. Dream Whip or Cool Whip
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 can coconut
  • 2 pkg. plain gelatin
  • 1 angel food cake

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons water.

    Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice.

    Set in refrigerator until congealed. Add well drained pineapple, whipped cream (or Cool Whip).

    Break 1/2 cake into small chunks; place in large pan.

    Pour gelatin mixture over.

    Break remaining cake pieces and put over gelatin mixture.

    Cover with Dream Whip (or Cool Whip) and coconut.

    Serves 15 or more.
