Snowball Olives

  • 50 Jumbo Green Olives with Red Pimentos
  • 48 oz. of soft Cream Cheese
  • 16 oz. crushed walnuts or pecans
  • (if you like you can substitute chopped green onions or parsley).

Directions

    Drain Olives well and pat dry.

    Roll Cream Cheese around each Olive, making it look like a mini snowball.

    Roll Olive Snowballs in the crushed nuts.

    Chill for at least 2 hours

    When ready to serve Slice in Half and serve on a platter.
