- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. wild rice
- 2 c. cooked and diced chicken
- 1 c. white grapes, sliced
- 1 small can water chestnuts, drained
- cashews or almonds, sliced (sprinkle on top before serving)
Directions

1Cook wild rice as directed; let cool.

2Cut up chicken and grapes.

3In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except nuts.
