Wild Rice Salad

  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. wild rice
  • 2 c. cooked and diced chicken
  • 1 c. white grapes, sliced
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, drained
  • cashews or almonds, sliced (sprinkle on top before serving)

Directions

    Cook wild rice as directed; let cool.

    Cut up chicken and grapes.

    In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except nuts.
