  • 10 potatoes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup scallion
  • 12 cup celery
  • 14 cup green onion
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

    Peel and quarter potatoes.

    cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.

    Drain and return to pan on low heat, shaking to dry potatoes.

    In large bowl of electric mixer, cream together cream cheese, and sour cream.

    Add hot potatoes one at a time to cream mixture and continue beating at high speed until light and fluffy.

    On low speed add minced scallions, celery, green pepper, parsley, 1/4 cup melted butter, garlic powder, salt ant pepper.

    Spoon into a 3 quart baking dish.

    sprinkle with paprika and dot with 2 tablespoons butter.

    Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 25minutes or until heted through and the top is golden brown.
