  • 15 cups oatmeal
  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 cup coconut oil
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup dates
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • water

Directions

    Stir oats together with melted butter, oil and yogurt in a large bowl.

    fill bowl with water to just cover mixture.

    Let stand for 12 hous covered.

    Add honey, coconut and dates.
  5. 5
    Spread in greased cookie sheets and bake at 250F for 2 hours.
