- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup coconut oil
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup dates
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- water
Directions

1Stir oats together with melted butter, oil and yogurt in a large bowl.

2fill bowl with water to just cover mixture.

3Let stand for 12 hous covered.

4Add honey, coconut and dates.

5Spread in greased cookie sheets and bake at 250F for 2 hours.
