Soda Cracker Pie

   Beat egg whites.

   Add cream of tartar.

   Beat until stiff.

   Add sugar and beat until blended.

   Crumble crackers and fold into mixture.

   Add pecans and vanilla and blend.

   Spray pie pan with Pam and pour mixture on.

   Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until light brown.

   Cool completely.

    Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
