Soft and Fluffy Apple Ring Bread Using a Bread Machine !

Ingredients
- 150 grams Strong bread flour
- 50 grams Cake flour (I used Dolce)
- 20 grams Raw cane sugar
- 30 grams Unsalted butter
- 3 grams Salt
- 140 ml Milk
- 3 grams Instant Dry Yeast
- 1 amount of 1 whole apple Sweet Cooked Apples
- 30 grams Powdered sugar
- 1 very small amount Milk
Directions

1Put all the ingredients in a bread machine and start the dough mode.

2When the dough is ready, take it out of the bread machine, punch it down and form it into a ball.

3Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 15 minutes.

4Roll the dough into a 18 x 40 cm rectangle with the long, seam edge at the top.

5Dust with flour if it sticks.

6Spread the filling on the dough, leaving 3cm of the top edge free.

7Adding some cinnamon sugar or raisins at this point makes it really good!

8Roll it up, starting from the edge nearest you.

9Pinch the seam firmly to close and secure, or it will fall apart!

10Grease a ring pan lightly with shortening.

11Cut the roll into 8 pieces with a sharp knife.

12First,arrange pieces on the top and bottom of each side of the pan.

13Put the remaining pieces in the gaps, cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 20 minutes at 35C.

14Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 20~25 minutes.

15Check for brownness, and adjust the baking time according to your oven.

16Remove from pan and allow to cool slightly.

17Make the icing while it's cooling.

18Mix the powdered sugar with a very small amount of milk, to make a hard paste.

19Put the icing a plastic bag, cut a corner with a scissors, and pipe the icing onto the bread.

20You can also use a pastry bag.

21Piping the icing like this makes it look really cute.

22Freshly baked and so fluffy !

23Soft and moist, even the next day!

24You can put it in the microwave to heat it up and it tastes delicious.

25The powdered sugar didn't dissolve well in the icing.

26Just sprinkle on powdered sugar instead!
