- 2 12 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 12 cup applesauce
- 2 large eggs
- 4 12 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 2 12 tablespoons ground ginger
- 1 12 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

2In a large bowl stir together brown sugar, oil, applesauce and eggs until well incorporated.

3In a large bowl combine flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

4Add sugar mixture and blend well.

5Roll dough into 2 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet.

6Bake for 10-12 minutes-the tops should be cracking and the sides JUST begining to brown.
