Ingredients

  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup craisins (or whatever you want)
  • 1 cup chocolate piece (i shaved semi-sweet low pantry day!)
  • 12 cup butter (used reduced fat)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar (not packed)
  • 13 cup corn syrup
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk (used fat free)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    Grease a 9x13 dish.

    Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon, craisins and chocolate in a bowl stir until mixed well.

    On the stove melt butter, corn syrup, brown sugar and evaporated milk until they are blended together.

    Mix wet and dry ingredients together, blending well.

    Pour mixture into greased 9x13 dish.

    Bake for 35 minutes.
