  • 3 egg whites
  • 5/8 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Directions

    Add in vinegar to egg whites.

    Beat till frothy but not stiff sufficient to stand in peaks.

    Add in sugar in Tbsp.

    portions and beat till mix forms peaks and sugar is dissolved.

    Shape with spoon or possibly pastry bag on lightly oiled baking sheet.

    Bake at 275 degrees for 25 min.

    After meringues are cooled, serve with ice cream or possibly fruit.
