- 5/8 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
Directions

1Add in vinegar to egg whites.

2Beat till frothy but not stiff sufficient to stand in peaks.

3Add in sugar in Tbsp.

4portions and beat till mix forms peaks and sugar is dissolved.

5Shape with spoon or possibly pastry bag on lightly oiled baking sheet.

6Bake at 275 degrees for 25 min.

7After meringues are cooled, serve with ice cream or possibly fruit.
