- 2 Tbsp. yeast
- 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Put yeast, sugar and warm water together. Dissolve. Mix remaining ingredients and add to yeast mixture.

2Let rise 15 minutes. Shape into pretzels and dip in soda water.

3Let rise again. Sprinkle with salt.

4Bake at 350° for 8 minutes.
