  • 2 ounces gin, preferably London dry
  • 1 ounce dry vermouth
  • 2 teaspoons peach liqueur
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon orgeat (almond-flavored syrup)
  • 1/2 large egg white
  • Ice
  • 3 dashes of lemon bitters or 1 lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish and shake well.

    Add ice and shake again.

    Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and garnish with the bitters.
