  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can red chili beans, mashed
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1/4 c. green olives
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

    Combine first 5 ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.

    Pour in 8 x 8-inch dish; cover with remaining ingredients in order.
