  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. Minute rice or 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can chow mein noodles

Directions

    Mix well.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Stir in 1/2 cup of Minute rice or 1 cup cooked rice.

    Pour into casserole and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Cover with chow mein noodles and bake 30 minutes more.
