  • 1/2 ounces, fluid Agave Nectar
  • 2 ounces, fluid Silver (Unaged) Sotol (Hacienda De Chihuahua)
  • 4 ounces, fluid Soda Water

Directions

    Add lime juice and sage leaves to a cocktail shaker. Muddle gently.

    Add the remainder of the ingredients (except the soda water) and shake. Dump into a Collins glass and top with soda water.
