- 2 lb. meat (beef or chicken)
- 3 tomatoes
- salt to taste
- cooking oil (to test)
- 1 medium onion (red best)
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 c. water (optional, depending on hot thick you want)
- 4 potatoes
Directions

1Fry onion in oil until golden brown.

2Add meat, cook until almost done and add peeled potatoes.

3Cook until almost ready and then add tomatoes.

4After tomatoes are ready, add water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 1/2 hour or until cooked or soup looks thick.
