- 4 (1-inch) chops
- sage, salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Rub chops with sage, salt and pepper.

2Heat oil in skillet. Brown chops.

3Add sliced onion and chicken broth.

4Cover and simmer 25 minutes.

5Remove chops from skillet.

6Combine sour cream and flour.

7Add sour cream mixture to skillet.

8Cook until smooth, stirring constantly.

9Remove from heat and pour over chops.
