Summer Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large onion
  • 8 oz. stuffing mix
  • 1 small sour cream container
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Cook squash until tender and drain.

    Return to pan and add onion, sauteed in margarine.

    Mix all other ingredients.

    Put into baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
