  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. buttermilk or 4 Tbsp. vinegar in 2 c. milk
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 6 or more c. flour
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. soda

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Place in covered bowl in refrigerator.

    No need to let rise. Bake as biscuits.

    Bake at 375° to 400°.

    Dough can be kept in refrigerator for a week to 10 days.
