- 1 c. starter
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. very warm water
- 3 c. whole wheat bread
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 c. bread flour
Directions

1Mix starter, oil, salt, sugar, water and wheat flour (can use white flour).

2Stir and add bread flour.

3Stir well.

4it will form a ball.

5Oil a large bowl, put dough in it and cover it.

6Place in warm place and let rise for 8 hours or overnight.

7Make into 2 or 3 loaves and put in well-oiled pans.

8Let it double in size for 8 hours.

9Bake at 350° for 15 to 30 minutes.

10Butter the tops of the bread and drop from pans after cooling for a few minutes.
