- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups water (lukewarm)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions

1Soften yeast in water.

2Mix all ingredients well in bowl.

3Set away in bowl, loosely covered to ferment.

4Takes 24 hours.

5Pour starter in container with lid and keep refrigerated to be used as needed.

6Open and stir each day.

7Every five days feed with Feed ingredients.
-
8Take out what you want to use, then feed it.

9Make sure you leave at least 1 cup in container.
