- 2 lb. bag Ore-Ida hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt oleo in small pan.

2Add onions and saute.

3In large bowl, mix potatoes, onions, oleo, soup, sour cream and Cheddar cheese. Set some cheese aside for top.

4Mix.

5Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Toss; set aside cheese over top.

6Bake for 1 hour in 350° oven. (I spray pan with Pam before putting in potato mixture.)
