South Haven Cheese Potatoes

  • 2 lb. bag Ore-Ida hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Melt oleo in small pan.

    Add onions and saute.

    In large bowl, mix potatoes, onions, oleo, soup, sour cream and Cheddar cheese. Set some cheese aside for top.

    Mix.

    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Toss; set aside cheese over top.

    Bake for 1 hour in 350° oven. (I spray pan with Pam before putting in potato mixture.)
