- 8 skinned boned chicken breast halves
- 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 (4.5 oz.) can chopped green chiles (undrained)
- 1/4 c. chopped green bell peppers (optional)
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Colby cheese
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375°. Place chicken in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Brush chicken with barbecue sauce. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with green chiles and chopped green bell pepper. Bake 15 minutes more or until chicken is done. Place chicken on a serving platter, reserving drippings. Stir drippings until smooth and pour over chicken. Top with cheeses. Serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
