Ingredients

  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can salmon, cooked
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon finely ground kosher salt or 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 onion, chopped
  • 12 bell pepper, chopped
  • 14 cup olive oil or 14 cup sesame oil or 14 cup ghee or 14 cup canola oil

Directions

    Drain can of salmon or use cooked salmon.

    Remove skin and bones.

    Flake salmon.

    Mix all ingredients including eggs into a mixing bowl.

    Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning once.

    Serve with sauce of your choice.
