  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 5 jalapeno peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. bottled minced garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1/3 c. fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • Tabasco sauce (for passing at the table; optional)
