- 8 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 c. frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 c. soy chicken, cut small
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 2 oz. jar pimento, chopped and drained
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Place dough in 2 long rectangles in Pam-sprayed 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Press dough into pan and up sides 1/2-inch, forming crust.

4Bake at 375° for approximately 8 minutes.

5Remove from oven and place broccoli and soy chicken evenly on crust.

6Combine mayonnaise, onion, soup and pimento. Spoon over chicken and broccoli; sprinkle with cheese.

7Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

8Let stand about 5 minutes.
