- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Skin chicken breasts (optional for low-fat).

2Place into a baking dish the breasts.

3Add 1/3 cup water and place into a preheated oven at 325°.

4After 30 minutes, add soy sauce.

5Continue to cook for another 30 minutes, then add chopped pepper and sliced mushrooms.

6Continue to cook an additional 20 to 30 minutes.

7Turn breasts several times to allow the soy sauce to penetrate the meat. Brown lightly.

8Serve with wild, brown or white rice.

9A low-fat dish and low-salt.
