Soy Pork Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs (3 slices)
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Mix sausage and bread crumbs well.

    Shape into small balls. In hot skillet, brown balls; remove and add sugar, mustard, soy sauce and water.

    Return balls and bring to boil.

    Lower heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until liquid is gone.
