Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes (drain 1/2 of liquid)
  • 1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 box frozen spinach, chopped and thawed
  • 1 small box spaghetti noodles
  • ground garlic to taste (if fresh, saute with onions)
  • pepper to taste
  • oregano to taste (1 Tbsp.)
  • sage to taste (1 Tbsp.)
  • onion (optional)

Directions

    Chop/dice tomatoes.

    Add beans, corn, spinach and spices. Simmer.

    Cook spaghetti and drain, then chop up noodles and add to sauce mix.

    May serve hot or cold.
