  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 lb. sweet sausage
  • 1 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Break spaghetti into thirds and cook as directed on package. Drain and while still warm, combine with eggs and Parmesan.

    Put into 9 or 10-inch pie plate that is well-greased.

    Pat up the sides.

    Melt butter and saute onions until soft.

    Stir sour cream into onions.

    Spread over the spaghetti.

    Take sausage out of casing and crumble and cook it.

    Add sausage to the spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes.

    Spoon over spaghetti.

    Bake 25 minutes at 350°.

    Put grated or sliced Mozzarella cheese on top and bake 10 minutes more.
