- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. spaghetti sauce, divided
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded pizza flavored cheese blend or Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. uncooked manicotti shells, cooked, rinsed and drained
Directions

1Cook beef in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until brown, stirring to separate meat.

2Drain fat. Stir in onion powder, salt and pepper.

3Stir in 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce. Cool and set aside.
