- 1 lb spaghetti, cooked, drained and rinsed
- 12 cup chopped green onion
- 12 cup red bell pepper, diced (or green pepper)
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 12 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 (4 ounce) cansliced olives, drained
- 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, halved
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing
- 12 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons salad seasoning (Johnny's)
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1For salad: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

2Add dressing, season to taste and toss.

3For dressing: Combine italian salad dressing, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, salad seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
