Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti, cooked, drained and rinsed
  • 12 cup chopped green onion
  • 12 cup red bell pepper, diced (or green pepper)
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 (4 ounce) cansliced olives, drained
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, halved
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing
  • 12 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salad seasoning (Johnny's)
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    For salad: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Add dressing, season to taste and toss.

    For dressing: Combine italian salad dressing, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, salad seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
