Ingredients
- 1/2 bushel ripe tomatoes
- 3 heads garlic
- 3 lb. onions or 8 to 10 large onions
- 48 oz. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. salt
- 3 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 c. corn oil
- 40 lb. ground beef (optional)
- 5 bell peppers
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
Directions

1Puree tomatoes, onions and garlic in blender.

2Pour into very large saucepan.

3Add tomato paste, sugar, salt, oregano and oil. If using meat, place in very large frying pan and cook until light brown.

4Drain excess fat and add bell peppers that have been cut up in small pieces.

5Also, add Worcestershire sauce and black pepper.

6Add to tomato sauce and place in a commercial size or 5 gallon saucepan.

7Mix well and simmer for 1 to 3 hours with or without the meat.
