- 6 pork chops
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 6 Tbsp. regular rice
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- seasonings of one's choosing
Directions

1Fry or bake pork chops, then spread them in a long casserole dish.

2Put 1 slice of onion on each chop, then 1 whole tomato and a slice of bell pepper.

3Spoon 1 tablespoon of rice on each chop. Pour juice from can of tomatoes over each chop.

4Season to taste. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

5Makes a complete meal!!
