  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 6 Tbsp. regular rice
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • seasonings of one's choosing

Directions

    Fry or bake pork chops, then spread them in a long casserole dish.

    Put 1 slice of onion on each chop, then 1 whole tomato and a slice of bell pepper.

    Spoon 1 tablespoon of rice on each chop. Pour juice from can of tomatoes over each chop.

    Season to taste. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

    Makes a complete meal!!
