Spanish Bread Pudding

  • 1 large loaf bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Carnation milk
  • 16 oz. water
  • 16 oz. milk
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. raisins
  • 3 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Directions

    Crumble bread in food processor or tear by hand into small pieces.

    Combine bread and eggs into one large bowl.

    Then mix the remaining ingredients into the bowl.

    Mix well!

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

    When baking, be sure to put one pan of water and then the pan containing the mix, this will prevent the bottom and sides from burning.

    You know when it's done by putting in a toothpick and it comes out clear.
