  • 2 T Adams Reserve Rub
  • 1/2 jar Cookwell and Co Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup
  • 1/4 C panko bread crumbs, toasted
  • 1/2 C sliced red bell peppers and white onions
  • 3 T EVOO, divided

    Preheat large skillet on med high for 1 min

    season chicken with rub

    Add 2 T EVOO to pan and place chicken in pan, cook 4-5 min per side

    Meanwhile in sauce pan, more EVOO to pan, add sliced peppers and onions cook 3-4 min til tender on med high

    Add soup and bread crumbs, simmer 5 min
  6. 6
    Serve sauce over chicken
