  • 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk

    Cook onion with margarine over medium heat.

    Cook tomato and pepper with onion for 5 minutes in medium bowl.

    Beat eggs and milk.

    Pour into skillet with onion, etc.
