Spanish Peanut Toast

  • 30g unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 thick (4cm) slices white bread
  • 1 tablespoon KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butteror KRAFT* Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 pear, sliced

Directions

    Spread butter evenly over both sides of the bread.

    Fry over medium heat on either side until golden brown.

    Remove from pan and keep warm.

    Add pears to the pan and fry until golden brown.

    Spread warm bread thickly with peanut butter and top with slices of pear.

    Serve warm.
