- 2 large diced onions
- 1 large diced celery stalk
- 1/2 diced green pepper
- 2 slices small diced bacon
- 3 Tbsp. Mazola oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook all together until onions are glossy.

2Lower fire.

3Add 1 can tomato paste and 2 cans water.

4Simmer about 5 minutes.

5Fold into cooked rice (1 cup when raw).

6Pack into casserole dish and add 1 can tomato soup diluted with 1/2 can water.

7Mix and bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
