- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- dash of garlic salt
Directions

1In a frying pan; cook onion and green pepper in olive oil until tender.

2Blend in rice, tomatoes and seasonings.

3Cook slowly until thick.

4Pour into a greased casserole dish.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
